Mountain bike weight has always mattered, but is that a legacy that remains from before things got electrified? With an e-bike, weight doesn't tend to matter so much. A bike that is good at climbing can now be heavy, with its extra pounds sunk into the very aspects of it that make it a better climber, such as a powerful motor. But, how about the distribution of that weight?
