Speed build of a big, very rundown apartment complex with 7 small flats. I built it on a 20x30 lot in Evergreen Harbor, the world from the Eco Lifestyle expansion pack! The apartments have between 1 and 2 bedrooms and one bathrooms, so they are all quite tiny. Everything on the lot is super gross and dirty, and honestly I'm not convinced all the inhabitants don't have Hepatitis B or something.
