Music school pupils have been cooperating with players of the Czech Philharmonic for ten years. The conductor ended the meeting with the young musicians by saying: 'These professionals, great musicians, say a lot about music and about themselves. They say how they play for people and how they love to play. It's true, of course, but only to a certain extent. A real musician plays for himself, for his own inner world. It doesn't matter if you're twelve, fifteen, twenty or fifty. If you don't have your own world, it's pointless to play. It's up to you what kind of world you create, you can be there alone, you can take someone with you.
