yokohama chinatown w/alya

Long story short, Alya my high school mates is currently in Japan for a student exchange program. she's flew from Fukuoka to Tokyo Years ago, we were both accepted to a university in China. We spent so much time preparing our portfolios and dreaming about that chapter of our lives. But qadarullah, life had a different plan, and neither of us ended up going. So meeting again in Japan's Chinatown felt a little surreal. It quietly reminded us of those our hopes, and the dreams that took us in a different direction. Funny how life works, isn't it? We didn't make it to China, yet somehow we still found ourselves together, just in another country.
