It was a place we'd visited before and had a somewhat bitter experience with. An impersonator? Or a trap...? With apprehension, we headed to the back alleys of Beitou, Taipei. What awaited us there was a miraculous reunion, incredibly warm and touching, bringing tears to our eyes. What was it that truly made us feel like we were "treated" in the city of Taipei, a city renowned for its cuisine?
