Cybertruck Delivery was Awful but I love the Car!

I took delivery of my new / inventory 2025 Tesla Cybertruck at North Hollywood Tesla. As an ex Tesla employee, I had my expectations set for the delivery process before I got there. Tesla is unfortunately infamous for how fast and even rushed, the delivery process can feel. It is mostly app based at this point and receiving an inventory vehicle meant that it could probably use some extra cleaning. This car had plenty of blemishes around the vehicle, deep scratches in the side B pillar glass where the camera is, the app wouldn't connect to my phone, the $3500 upgraded wheel covers were missing, and it just generally didn't look like it had been gone over at all. They did tire shine the car though lol. I was receiving the vehicle with over $10,000 off of the original msrp, so I was having to weigh my issues with the cost savings. All in all Tesla Noho really did attempt to take care of the issues and get me on the road as soon as possible. 2 hours later, the app was working on my phone, my missing wheel covers were installed on my car, and service orders were supposed to be written for the other issues I found. Shoutout the friendly staff at North Hollywood Tesla for taking care of my issues and never seeming annoyed!
