Zvikuru Lyric Visual - Zimpraise The Ensemble (Amapiano)

Zvikuru (Lyric Video) – Zimpraise The Ensemble A Testimony Before the Prophet of God – A Cry From the Depths “Zvikuru zvamuchazoona, Musi wekutongwa…” On the Day of Judgment, the weight of our lives will be revealed — and it is only the name of the Lord that will stand. Zvikuru is a deeply emotional and prophetic piece by Zimpraise The Ensemble, capturing a sacred moment: a person standing before the prophet of God, broken, honest, and ready to speak their truth. It begins in surrender: “Baba ndapfugama namabvi angu, ndayeredza masodzi angu…” — “Father, I’ve knelt on my knees, I’ve shed my tears.” This is not a performance, but a raw cry from someone who has been through the fire, now pouring out their soul in the presence of divine counsel. “Zvemuchadenga zvooda zita rinoyera kuti musunungure.” — “What is of heaven requires a holy name to bring deliverance.” They acknowledge that their freedom could only come from God Himself. Then, with trembling voice and open heart, they begin to tell the prophet of God their story: “Takabva kumusha yanga irihondo yerima…” — “We came from a home that was a battlefield of darkness.” The words paint the image of a past filled with spiritual warfare, fear, and confusion. Not a place of peace — but a home haunted by shadows. “Amuporofita, taitiza kasandawana…” — “Prophet, we tried to run, but there was no escape.” It’s a confession — a plea for understanding. They speak of fleeing hopelessness, of climbing mountains and descending valleys, all while carrying trauma and pain. “Murume wangu kani, murume wangu… akangoramwa akaenda kure neJoana.” — “My husband… he abandoned me, and left with Joana.” Even betrayal becomes part of the testimony — shared openly before the man of God. But out of the ashes of confession comes the shout of deliverance: “Mandisunungura, Mwari ndinotenda!” — “You have delivered me, Lord I thank You!” This is the turning point — when the one who once knelt in sorrow now rises in freedom. “Mandipa huGamba, kwete huranda.” — “You gave me the identity of a warrior, not a slave.” Zvikuru is a song for anyone who’s ever had to face their past before God. It’s a reminder that in His presence, your story is not your shame — it’s your testimony. And your deliverance is not delayed — it is here. ⸻ Performed by: Tinashe Marwodza, Patience Mandizha & Mellisa Makwasha Written by: Mukudzeyi Mukombe (Jah Prayzah) & Joseph Madziyire Produced by: Victor Stot #Zvikuru #ZimpraiseEnsemble #Zimpraise #TestimonyBeforeTheProphet #SpiritualFreedom #ShonaWorship #AfricanGospel #JahPrayzah #JosephMadziyire
