Do it yourself replacement water pump Quick Mill 3000

The water pump of my espresso machine, coffee maker, Quickmill 3000 series, did not work properly anymore. The pressure fell down due to a broken water pump. I bought a new water pump for 34,95 euros (discount price) and replaced it myself. For a perfect espresso coffee you need enough pressure, about 8-9 bar during 20-30 seconds with a temperature of about 95 degrees C. A broken pump or too low temperature won't work for that. I replaced the pump. After 7 years it broke down, and now the new pump works for a perfect espresso again. Quick Mill machines belong to the best of the world, with a seven year day in day out coffee making, my machine needed some maintanance. Replacing a pump is easy enough. Just take into acount your safety, be careful in replacing. By doing it myself in my spare time I saved about 100 euros.
