Róger Pérez De La Rocha y Teatro Guachipilín reciben premio OMPI 2026

As part of the "Creative April" initiative and in celebration of World Intellectual Property Day, the Government of Reconciliation and National Unity, through the Ministry of Development, Industry and Commerce (MIFIC), held the 15th annual WIPO National Creativity Award Ceremony on April 30th in the Crystal Hall of the Rubén Darío National Theater. This year's award honors the distinguished Nicaraguan painter Roger Pérez de la Rocha and the renowned Guachipilín Puppet Theater, recognizing their valuable contributions to national art, culture, and creativity, as well as their role in strengthening intellectual property rights in Nicaragua.
