TOWN AND COUTRY COOLING FAN RELAY
Saturday morning, the battery was totally drained. When I tried jumping it, the radiator cooling fans turned on as soon as I connected the negative cable to the frame/ground. I had to remove the fuse for the cooling fans because the engine wouldn't turn on with the fans working at full speed. With the engine on, the battery recharged, but the fans would stay on after the engine was turned off. For that reason I left the fuse out until the relay was replaced.
