【静岡 旅行記】大阪から１泊２日で初島と熱海をコンパクトに観光【グランドエクシブ初島, PICA初島, 初島食堂街, 熱海駅周辺など】

I traveled from Osaka to Atami and Hatsushima in Shizuoka for one night and two days. We took the Shinkansen "Hikari" train from Osaka to Atami in 2 hours with no transfers during some time slots. From Atami to Hatsushima is a 25-minute ferry ride away, and the total travel time from Osaka to Hatsushima is about 3 hours. On Hatsushima, we stayed at the Grand Exclusive Hatsushima, a membership resort hotel. On Hatsushima, we enjoyed a leisurely sightseeing tour, including lunch at a dining street with a collection of restaurants run by fishermen and a cafe in the Asian garden of the island resort facility "PICA Hatsushima. The area around Atami Station was flourishing, with new restaurants popping up all the time, and lots of sweets (Atami pudding, Atami milk cheese, etc.) and souvenirs to take home for Instagram viewing. We shopped and ate, bought souvenirs, and headed back to Osaka. Below are some things I noticed during my trip. ✔︎There are some accommodation facilities in Hatsushima such as guest houses and glamping at PICA Hatsushima, but if you are looking for "comfort", Grand Exibu Hatsushima is the best. ✔︎Hatsushima is a remote island, so prices are high. It is better to buy necessary things (drinks, snacks, etc.) before boarding the ferry. ✔︎If you take Shinkansen, you should buy the return ticket at the departure station.
