140cc Mini ATV Sprocket Swap (Open Header)

Our high compression 140cc 4 speed racing engine that we recently installed on our kid's ATV is too fast- in last week's video, it topped 40mph. This week, I swap a larger engine sprocket (taken from the old 107cc engine) onto it to reduce the top speed, but increase acceleration. Since the rear axle was frozen, I had a hard time tensioning the new 420 racing chain. I installed a new brake cable bracket, but the brakes are still awful, and I cut the factory muffler off, making it SO LOUD. Thanks for Watching!
