Givi Touring Screen vs Stock AFRICA TWIN – Worth the Swap?

I swapped out the stock screen on my Honda CRF1100L Africa Twin Adventure Sports for the Givi D1178ST Touring Screen to see if bigger really does mean better. I rode on a mix of roads, in both dry and wet conditions. What did I discover? The Givi screen is taller, wider and shaped differently, which should mean better wind protection. The flip side?
