Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 3's Platinum is Underwhelming

Storm 3 is interesting as a game itself but as the end of a trilogy, I feel as though it's being held back. I can't fault the ending being non-canon as they had no choice, but the rest of the game feels... I don't know. Half baked? There's isn't much to do with side characters like in Storm 2. No exploration like in Storm 1. The combo system was downgraded from Generations with them removing tilt attacks. Maybe this game was rushed. Seeing how it was released only a year after Generations I could see that being the case. I still enjoyed my time with it. It just seemed like there wasn't as much to do compared to past entries besides just fighting. (Which might be a hot cake considering the whole appeal of the game should be the gameplay itself.)
