State of...Holy, Priest (One Button Build) Review/Talents (Patch 12.0.1)

CORRECTION: At 17:40 I said Prayer of Mending, and Flash Heal weren't both getting the proc from Surge of Light. I think I was wrong on this and was just focusing on Prayer of Mending. The first dungeon I ran it didn't seem like I was getting the proc for Flash Heal as often, subsequent dungeons I have gotten the proc for both spells.
