Aaj ke is session mein hum Qanun-e-Shahadat Order (QSO), 1984 ke teen nihayat aham aur practical articles, 82, 83, aur 84, ko tafseel se cover karenge. Hum dekhenge ke jab gawah apni hi attestation se inkar kar de, ya jab judge saheb khud likhayi ka muwazna (comparison) karna chahein, to qanoon kya rasta dikhata hai. Article 82 kehta hai nahi! Aap kisi bhi doosre saboot (Other Evidence) se us dastawez ki execution ko sabit kar sakte hain. Article 83 (Proof of document not required by law to be attested): Agar koi aisi dastawez hai jise qanoonan attested hona zaroori nahi tha (jaise ek aam raseed ya chithi), lekin phir bhi us par gawahon ke sign hain, to usay sabit karne ke liye Article 79 ke tehat gawahon ko bulana lazmi nahi hai. Use ek aam document ki tarah handwriting sabit kar ke prove kiya ja sakta hai. Article 84 (Comparison of signature, writing or seal with others admitted or proved): Yeh adalat ka apna ikhtiyar hai. Court kisi bhi shakhs ko keh sakti hai ke wo judge saheb ke samne paper par sign kare ya likhayi likhe (Specimen Handwriting) taake us ka muwazna shak wale document ke sath kiya ja sakay.
