My Second Home Visum in Malaysia: Ideal für Deinen "Plan B" in Südostasien

💪🏻 ✈️ ➡️ Become a client now https://tinyurl.com/ywftz8ez Good news for all expatriates dreaming of a tax-free life in Southeast Asia: the government has recently announced relaxed requirements for the popular “Malaysia My Second Home” (MM2H) program. The MM2H visa allows foreigners to live in Malaysia for up to 10 years. Since COVID, however, the hurdles were very high - applicants had to prove a monthly income of at least 40,000 Malaysian ringgit (approx. 8,600 euros). This deterred many potential applicants, especially pensioners. Now Malaysia is introducing a new, three-stage MM2H program: Silver: 5 years residency, 500,000 ringgit deposit (approx. €100,000) Gold: 15 years residence, 2 million ringgit deposit (approx. €400,000) Platinum: entitlement to permanent residence, 5 million ringgit deposit (approx. €1,000,000) Half of the funds can be used after one year, e.g. for the purchase of a property. The minimum age will also be reduced from 35 to 30 years. Visa holders now only have to spend 60 instead of 90 days per year in the country. Income and assets no longer have to be proven. This should make the MM2H program more attractive again for foreigners who want to enjoy Malaysia's year-round warm climate, famous cuisine and variety of cultures. In the first 16 years, 57,000 applications have already been approved - now a new boom could be imminent. 00:00 - Malaysia increasingly interesting with “My Second Home” 00:35 - Plan B seminar in Zurich 02:06 - Thailand - tax-free only for the very wealthy 02:57 - New Plan B in Malaysia 04:29 - Tailored for Plan B emigrants 05:31 - The requirements in detail 06:37 - The investment amounts 07:30 - Minimum length of stay 08:08 - Minimum income has been reduced 09:16 - Minimum age has also been adjusted 09:33 - Foreign income is completely tax-free 09:58 - A real alternative to Thailand 10:15 - Cost of living in comparison 10:48 - Rantau visa as an alternative 11:49 - Are you interested in a plan B, or do you already have a plan A? = Background = https://www.wohnsitzausland.com/malaysia = Our websites = https://www.perspektiveausland.com/ https://www.wohnsitzausland.com/ https://uskanzlei.com/ https://www.auslandsunternehmen.com/ https://stmatthew.de/ https://www.nullsteuer.llc/ https://www.malta1.de/ https://www.nullsteuer.llc/ https://www.assetprotection.plus/ = About Perspektive Ausland (perspective abroad) = Anyone who wants to move as an entrepreneur or freelancer from German-speaking countries to (tax-efficient) foreign countries or become a digital nomad has a lot of tax and legal questions.
