Luuk Heezen ontdekt een springlevend kamerscherm in Museum Volkenkunde in Leiden. Het 4,5 meter brede Japanse kamerscherm uit 1836 is onlangs gerestaureerd. Via een QR-code kun je het verhaal dat erop is afgebeeld zelf beleven. Hoe was het om in 1836 op het kleine eilandje Deshima - zo groot als de Dam in Amsterdam - in de baai van Nagasaki handel te drijven en te leven?
