As hard as this may be, it is essential you are positive, you are upbeat and you respond to the employer or the hiring manager in a certain way, which I will cover soon in this video. TIP #2 - is to remember that getting rejected is NOT A REFLECTION OF YOUR ABILITIES. It might be that the employer already had someone else lined up for the job. It might be that you just had an off-day, or you were not the type of person they were looking for at that particular time. So, do not get down or dejected. Instead, follow these 2 steps: STEP #1 – Say THANK YOU to the hiring manager! This is a very important thing to do. If you thank the interviewer or the hiring manager for giving you the opportunity, it shows you are very professional, and it also shows them that they have potentially missed out on somebody special for the role.
