On August 11, 2022, I achieved the distinction of completing the World's 2nd Assassins Creed II Full Synchronization No Damage Run. This endeavor spanned a total of 96.1 hours from initial playthrough to final completion. It represented a remarkable journey in gaming, significantly elevating my heart rate and physical engagement. The strategies I employed were meticulously crafted for success, and despite encountering numerous crashes and bugs within Assassins Creed II, my resolve and capabilities were thoroughly tested. The game delivers exhilarating thrills alongside demanding combat and intense action. Its mechanics provide an exceptional experience with precise parries and impressive finishers, although the frequent resets required due to crashes were challenging. Notably, Sequence 13 presented considerable difficulty, involving the assassination of 13 targets while ensuring Ezio remained unharmed. A particularly tense moment arose in memory block 2 of this sequence when a glitch prevented the priest from dying, prompting the development of a swift strategy to maintain Ezio's safety. The objective of this No Damage Run was to keep Ezio's health bar at 100% throughout; any damage incurred necessitated an automatic reset. The rules for this run included no restarts, reloads, or save states, while allowing for certain exceptions such as friendly fire and gameplay pauses.
