TX Lower Power & Battery Supply of AT9S Pro/AT10II
Power on it. There is a warning of TX Lower Power and the transmitter keeps beeping. It is caused by transmitter low voltage alarm. Please set the appropriate low voltage alarm in the transmitter. The appropriate low voltage alarm depends on what battery you use. What batteries can be used to power AT9S Pro? The working voltage of AT9S Pro is 7.4~18V. AT9S Pro is standard packed with a battery holder, which can hold 8 AA battery. The voltage of a fully charged AA battery is 1.5V. The total voltage of 8 pieces fully-charged AA battery is 12V. Except AA battery, you can also use 2S, 3S and 4S LiPo battery to power the transmitter. Remove the battery holder out. Two pins are inside it. There are positive and negative signs next to the pins. Use the lipo battery with JST connector to power AT9S Pro. Make sure the connection is not reversed. Red cable is positive, and black cable is negative. If the connection is reversed, the transmitter cannot be powered on. How to set the transmitter low voltage alarm? Power on it. Enter the basic menu--PARAMETER--TX-ALARM, transmitter low voltage alarm. When you use 8 AA batteries to power the transmitter, It is recommended to set 1.2/1.25V alarm for each battery. So you can set the alarm to 9.6V. If you use lipo battery, It is recommended to set 3.7V alarm for each cell. So you can set alarm to 7.4V for 2S, 11.1V for 3S, and 14.8V for 4S battery. . When the voltage of the battery is lower than the alarm value, the warning of TX Lower Power will pop out, and the transmitter will beep. So please set the appropriate low voltage alarm according to the battery you use. Please Note: 1.All the battery can be used to power AT9S Pro, such as chargeable battery, battery pack, nickel-metal hydride battery and so on. But please make sure the voltage is within the working range of AT9S Pro, and the connector of the battery is JST. The USB port of AT9S Pro is not used to power the transmitter or battery.
