Personal Independence Payment and Motability - Damned Lies!

In this video I talk about the recent spate of right-wing news hatred and misinformation in the mainstream media regarding the Motability scheme. This is an opinion piece, but there are a few facts this is based on, rather than swivel-eye’d nonsense. Car sales are still behind pre-pandemic levels, which has increased the ratio of Motability cars being sold, but 1 in 5 is still meaningless. While there has been a slight increase in Motability sales, this is only proportionate to the increase in health inequality and the failing NHS and increase in waiting times for assessment and treatment and the increase in the number of people who need PIP.
