Gender equality and diversity in sport: The need for systemic change

The year of 2020 has seen change and adaptation to the biggest of challenges from external forces, but transformation will come from institutionalising these changes into a more equitable and diverse football industry. In this special panel, WFS Live welcomes leaders from the sport industry to speak to their experiences in breaking the norms of the industry to lead football towards a more fair and equal proposition.
