Ingredients 12 derica (10kg) short grain rice( I used short grain, please use long if that’s what you prefer) 1kg tomato paste 2 bottles (that’s about 1.5 Litres)vegetable oil 4 Litres beef stock 3 Litres thick, boiled peppers and tomato mix (containing tomatoes, red scotch bonnet, cayenne peppers and red bell peppers) 2 handfuls chopped onions Half cup ginger and garlic paste (no need for this if you already blended those with your peppers) 3 heap spoonful curry powder 2 heap spoonful dried thyme 6 bay leaves 3 tablespoons seasoning powder (please adjust based on how tasty your beef/chicken stock is) 3 tablespoons salt 10 Litres of water in total I didn’t add margarine because my rice had the right amount of oil and I didn’t want to introduce any more.
