Is irregular immigration being rewarded in Spain while legal immigrants who abide by the rules are humiliated? The debate over extraordinary administrative regularization has divided the country into two unbearable ideological trenches: one of xenophobic persecution and the other of armchair do-gooderism. But what does the Church actually say when the Gospel and doctrine are analyzed without partisan bias?
