We made it to South Dakota! Our first stop was in Sioux Falls where we spent a few nights at Jellystone Park, but Haley and I had a rough start. She was devastated to learn that the hug from Yogi she'd been waiting for wasn't an option, and I finally lost my battle with that stupid black tank valve. After a rare trip to Quiznos turned out to be a huge disappointment, we visited Falls Park, where the ruins of an old mill taught us a lesson about character, and mother nature showed us the incredible power of persistence.
