TESTING a 2024 Triumph Speed 400 on the road? Too slow for Germany?

I'm buying another new motorcycle! This time a #dailyrider, a commuter bike, that can also have fun on the twisties. Is the new 2024 Triumph Speed 400 a motorcycle that can fulfil that role? Is it a budget motorcycle worthy of my money, or a gutless styling exercise with no sporting credentials whatsoever? It was a cold day, but we did over 100kms on a round trip to the old Schottenring, a disused road-racing course!
