Today we headed to Parque Amarillo in Guadalajara, a place brimming with awesome local food. We started by trying Don José's famous tacos, a stand that always has a line, and for good reason: tacos al pastor, carnitas, suadero, and more. Then we tackled the age-old Guadalajara debate: "Are Swiss or Italian pastries better?" We tried both to give our verdict. And to wrap things up, we found a local bakery that smelled incredible, and we couldn't leave without trying one of their cookies.
