Zankyou no Terror「saga」piano sheet

Saga is one of those pieces that really stood out to me the first time I listened to it. The original piece has more instruments (piano, double bass, drums, guitar…) and it's an absolute joy to listen to. Marching forward with a thrilling Bach-like melody, it builds up to a powerful climax and a sorrowful coda. Apparently, Yoko Kanno was inspired by a piece called "When God Created The Coffeebreak" by the Esbjörn Svensson Trio. My piano arrangement really does not do justice to Yoko Kanno's Saga - but it definitely is a fun one to play! This is an old project that I started transcribing about 5 years ago - I gave up just when the guitar riffs begin, but thankfully picked it up again last year and finished it off. It's been a fun one to record, though I probably should've played it with a metronome as it is slightly uneven here and there, and I do wish I'd been able to play it on an acoustic piano.
