PGR: Let's Talk About Memory Sets

Took a bit of a break to take care of some IRL projects and to actually play video games for myself (the audacity I know), but I am back in the office and I wanna talk about a subject that has come up regularly of late in my comment section, and that's the current state of memory sets in PGR. It's no secret that the older generic sets have been a constant and dominant for most characters/teams since the base elemental sets (Patton, Shakespeare, Heisen, etc) got their re-works. This has caused newer sets, especially the new elemental effect sets, to not really feel up to snuff with their performance. So clearly this is a big issue right? Well, my thoughts might surprise you. I go over the state of commonly used memory sets, why certain sets aren't getting much love, and offer some ideas on how we could possibly change up the memory game a bit just to make it more interesting. This is mostly a spitballing/theorycrafting/what if sort of video where I toss out some ideas that popped into my head, some of them are pretty radical, but what's the fun in theorycrafting if you don't swing for the fences once in awhile yea? Mostly I was just in the mood to do a video where I get to just rap for a bit and throw out some ideas and concepts. That said, I welcome your feedback, how do y'all feel about memories right now?
