Meeting the natural wine producers of Jura on our most recent trip in 2023, something became apparent.... The future of Poulsard is a serious concern for a lot of natural winemakers, as higher temperatures scorch the grapes sensitive skin. Visiting Amélie Vuillet & Sébastien Jacques was inspirational in many ways for us, not just in their attitude to farming and treating the soil with the upmost respect, not even using tractors but also their innovative ideas to solve viticultural problems.
