The byrek is fresh, rich, and full of flavor. The vegetables in the turli taste like they came straight from the garden. Even the simple pilaf with chicken becomes something special. This is the kind of Albanian food many Albanians abroad miss: homemade, generous, fresh, simple, and full of soul. No fake tourist food. Just real Albanian cuisine, real Balkan food, and real hospitality on the Albanian Riviera.
