She has been a member of both the Justice League and Justice League Dark and is close friends with Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, Black Canary, The Flash, and Green Lantern. The Justice League Unlimited and Batman: The Animated Series showcased the close relationship between Batman and Zatanna. However, her character often gets shafted or underappreciated in media, with notable appearances limited to shows and movies like Young Justice or the DC Animated Movie Universe (DCAMU). Zatanna is one of the better-written characters and would benefit from even a smidge of the popularity given to Harley Quinn.
