【ハーレー プラモデル】FXS ローライダー 塗装完成｜イマイ 1/12 旧キットを令和に仕上げた

I'll be painting a 1/12 scale Harley-Davidson motorcycle plastic model and explaining how to salvage deteriorated decals. For my first motorcycle plastic model, I built a fairly old kit. The manufacturer is Imai Harley-Davidson! ️ It was more intricately crafted than I expected, and the assembly felt extremely difficult. Unlike car models, there were almost no hidden parts, everything was completely visible. As a result, even the amount of glue and the way it was applied required a great deal of attention, and the work required constant attention to detail. 🙂‍↕️ I thought I was used to building car models, but motorcycle kits are a whole other world. I experienced firsthand the incredible skill of the modelers who meticulously completed everything from painting to assembly. To be honest, the level of completion is still far from perfect, and I feel my inexperience showed in many places. Still, the difficulty level was so great The sense of accomplishment I felt the moment I painted all the parts, assembled, and completed the project was exceptional. Because it was an old kit, I gave up on the mock-up, but even if I had been able to do it, I'm sure it would have been extremely difficult to disassemble, paint, and reassemble. The decals were worn, but I'm relieved that I was able to finish applying them. The result is a one-of-a-kind custom Harley-Davidson, finished in a rich, vibrant color and incredibly cool. I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to build such a precious kit. Though there are many imperfections, I hope this will be of some help to those who are thinking about trying their hand at motorcycle plastic model building.
