This was the last official film by Mexican horror director Carlos Enrique Taboada. A thriller that concludes with a chilling ending. The stories of witchcraft told by the cook in her house spark the imagination of young Veronica, who boasts to her classmate Flavia that she herself is a witch. Due to her friend's disbelief, Veronica takes advantage of a series of fortuitous circumstances to convince her that she was the one who caused them, using her magical skills. The innocence of these games takes on a macabre tone when Veronica insists that Flavia invite her on a vacation to her family's ranch, where she can prepare a poison for the fairies.
