DarkAero 1 - https://www.darkaero.com/aircraft DarkAero Apparel - https://www.darkaero.com/shop We machined the landing gear trailing link components for the DarkAero 1 from aerospace grade 7075-T6 aluminum using our Tormach CNC mill. The left and right trailing links are assemblies comprised of inner and outer halves. The four link halves were each machined using a two operation setup. The second operation required the use of soft jaws for fixturing. The 3D CAD models for the landing gear components was created in Onshape and the CAM tool paths for machining these parts were generated using Fusion 360.
