This is our 2nd Gong Fu Tea brewing masterclass discussing how infusion time affects the experience of the tea. In this tea we are using an Oolong tea but you can try with any tea. These lessons will teach you the details of Gong Fu Cha so that you can understand how to brew any tea from Green to black to PuErh.
