🌽 Before the Nitrogen Flows: Setting Up the Redball 570 Sprayer for Variable-Rate Sidedressing

Before the nitrogen starts flowing, there’s plenty of work to do behind the scenes. In this video, I’m getting the Redball 570 sprayer switched over for sidedressing corn. That means installing my homemade drop hose system, making a few modifications to improve penetration through the growing corn canopy, and loading variable-rate nitrogen prescriptions into the AgLeader monitor. A lot of the success of sidedressing happens before the first gallon is applied, so come along as I get everything ready and make sure the equipment is prepared for another season in the field.
