We filmed this video in the morning because she struggles most in the evenings and it wouldn’t work to film while she cries like crazy. The mornings are easiest for her body which is why she does so well here. The main thing we do to help her is hold her upright for roughly 30 minutes after each feeding. We also give her breastmilk mixed with rice cereal in bottles at night because it’s easier for her to keep the heavier milk down. She also sleeps on an elevated bed.
