How to Set Boundaries as a Starbucks Barista or at ANY Coffee Shop

Hiiii fellow baristas & coffee lovers ☕️ Welcome (back) :) A highly requested video! Setting boundaries at Starbucks (or really any coffee shop / workplace, really). It's something a lot of us - especially those of us whom are people pleasers - struggle with, and completely understandable. Setting our boundaries can feel intimidating, daunting even, especially if you're a new barista, or have been the "yes" person for awhile. As a reformed and healed people pleaser, I'm a living example that you can change and create your boundaries at ANY TIME ... if yesterday you said 'yes,' today you can say 'no.' We have free will luvbug! By the end of this video you'll know how important establishing boundaries is, why we want to, how we'll do it, and how we will stand FIRM in our boundaries if/when someone pushes back on them.
