First Day in Service! | 'Nova 3' sets finally enter traffic with Transpennine Express | 24/08/19

After many months of delays due to extensive testing and faults, TPE's sets of brand new Mk5s enter traffic, propelled by 14 specially liveried DRS class 68s (68019-032, with 033 and 034 as spare). They will initially start running the Scarborough to Liverpool service, with only one set in passenger service at this time.
