Drain Pros Ep. 9 - Chinese Restaurant Drain Grease Clog

In this video we have a grease blockage in the outlet of a floor grease trap. The outlet is not accessible so we have to drill a hole through the top of the steel baffle and cable the drain open with a General drain machine with a 3/8” cable. I was hoping for the grease trap to suck down quick for the video effect but like all good plans.... the grease trap emptied out slowly. After opening the grease trap we tested the drain with the three 5 gallon buckets full of greasy water and then used the garden hose to clean up.
