Nikon 58mm F/1.4 Review

I take a look at the new Nikon AF-S 58mm F/1.4G. This is a very unique lens in the Nikon lens lineup; it's 58mm focal length plays homage to the legendary 58mm F/1.2 Noct-Nikkor. Despite the difference in maximum aperture this lens like it's older counterpart is designed to render pleasing bokeh, especially when it comes to rendering point light sources.
