Fun with Carnatic music : A Primer on Pallavi Singing

Many students of Carnatic music find the improvisational elements (manodharma sangeetham) a little daunting. The Ragam-Thanam-Pallavi (RTP) is a completely improvisational performance that is often a highlight of a Carnatic concert.
