Thank you so much for supporting my channel! 🤍) 📖 Recipes from this vlog 🥣 Homemade Granola Ingredients 2 cups rolled oats 1 tbsp chopped walnuts 1 tbsp chopped almonds 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds 2 tsp peanut butter 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup Cinnamon (to taste) Pinch of salt Raisins (add after baking) Method Mix all ingredients except raisins. Air fry at 150–160°C (300–320°F) for 10–15 minutes, stirring every 3–4 minutes. Cool completely until crisp. Stir in raisins and store in an airtight jar. 💡 Tip: Add chia or flaxseeds after baking for extra crunch and nutrition. 🥜 Poha Namkeen Ingredients 2 cups roasted thin poha 2 cups roasted chana ½ cup peanuts ½ cup raisins 2 tsp ghee ½ tsp mustard seeds ½ tsp fennel seeds 10–15 curry leaves Sendha salt (to taste) Chaat masala (to taste) Method Mix poha, roasted chana and peanuts. Prepare a tadka with ghee, mustard seeds, fennel seeds and curry leaves. Mix with the poha mixture. Add salt and chaat masala. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes. Cool completely, add raisins and store in an airtight jar. 🍅 Tomato Coconut Chutney Ingredients Oil 1 tbsp chana dal 2–3 dry red chillies Curry leaves 1 onion 2 tomatoes ½ red bell pepper Salt ½ cup grated fresh/frozen coconut Method Sauté chana dal, red chillies and curry leaves. Add onion, tomatoes and bell pepper. Cook until soft. Cool slightly. Blend with grated coconut and salt until smooth. Optional Tempering Mustard seeds Chana dal Toor dal Dry red chillies 🧆 Homemade Hummus Ingredients 1 cup boiled chickpeas 1 tbsp tahini 1 tsp olive oil 1–2 tbsp warm water Pinch cumin powder Pinch salt Lemon juice (optional) Method Blend tahini, lemon juice (if using) and water first until light and creamy. Add chickpeas, olive oil, cumin and salt. Blend until smooth, adding cold water gradually if needed.
