Another Cardiff-Holyhead TfW Mk4 coaches test train at Bangor, + normal service trains. 06-05-2021.
Bangor Station on Thursday, 06-05-2021. Featured is another TfW test run for the 'new' Mk4 coaches, train 1Z48 07:18 Cardiff Central -Holyhead, and 1Z49 12:39 Holyhead-Cardiff, powered by Class 67 67015, with DVT 82229. As with the previous run, the train had to park in the sidings at Holyhead, very unusual for a Class 1 working. Normal service trains shown are Avanti Class 221s, (appropriately including 221116 'Dinas Bangor/City of Bangor.), TfW Class 158s and 175s.
