Zoom L-6: the perfect portable mixer? Review and eurorack patching guide

I wanted to streamline my video setup and use a more compact digital mixer that didn't compromise on features. When Zoom announced the L-6 it seemed like it ticked all the boxes; multi-track recording over USB, built in SDcard, powered over USB, small and lightweight, built in FX and two outboard effect sends. Would it work for me as a modular mixer? ➡️ For more insights, patch examples and analysis please consider supporting me and joining my Patreon at:   / synthdad   In this video I explain what the Zoom L-6 is, what are its main features and then show you how I've been using it with my Eurorack modular setup. I explain the built-in recorder which records multi-track onto the SDcard, the EQ per channel, how to MIDI control the mixer, the internal FX and how to use the sound pads feature. I'll even show you how I plug it directly into my Eurorack modules!
