Eggs cooked at 64 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes for low-temperature cooking and runny eggs. 2. Eggs cooked at 75 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes for a firm texture and a nearly fully cooked yolk. 3. Eggs cooked at 75 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes to achieve firm yet soft whites and creamy yolks. 4. Eggs cooked at 90 degrees Celsius for 8 minutes to achieve firm whites and almost cooked but slightly creamy yolks.
