DIY - 2012 Range Rover Sport SDV6: Change the front lower control arm bushings and ball joints

The front suspension on our 2012 Range Rover Sport had worn down, especially on the lower control arms' hydraulic bushings. We went and removed said control arms from the car, pressed out the old components and installed new OEM (Lemforder) bushings and ball-joints.
