Crinkly Scrappy Taggie Toy

For the first taggie toy, I used 9” squares of fabric and cereal bag. The “tags” used were made with fabric that was 1.75” wide, using lengths of scraps on hand. For the second taggie toy, the center square was 6”, surrounded by fabric scraps that were cut to 2.50” wide by needed width.
